In recent years, the Rural Utopia Research Institute has been working with LH to "save small schools" and "residential platforms" in agricultural and fishing villages, and the results are more than expected.
For example, Hamyang-gun was selected as an investment-leading district by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, and Geochang-gun was selected as a residential platform project based on the revival of Shinwon Elementary School.
Hamyang-gun and Geochang-gun are becoming the hope of agricultural and fishing villages.
In response, the government has also established a special committee on agricultural and fishing village utopia at the level of the pan-ministerial government to implement the agricultural and fishing village utopia project.
The Rural Utopia Institute and the Rural Utopia University have stepped up and are achieving results as they can no longer be seen only for the disappearing Korean agricultural and fishing villages.
